The Living Lab Cologne is a result of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) research project AnwendungsRegel Netz- Integration mit Markt und Kundeninteressen (ARNi). The main purpose of the project will be the development of test specifications for EEBUS communication. The Lab will enable participants to carry out practical testing based on these test descriptions focussing on the interface of and to the Smart Meter Gateway. This will help connect devices compliant with regulatory requirements. Located at our EEBUS premises, the new lab will serve as a space for sales and service training for those, who will install and market the EEBUS speaking devices and systems.
